📦 Items Must Be Counted Upon Drop-off
All items will be counted and recorded when you drop off your laundry. Please check the receipt carefully before leaving.
⏰ Claim Within 7 Days
Please claim your laundry within 7 days of the ready date. Unclaimed items beyond this period may incur additional storage fees.
⚠️ Damaged or Stained Items
We take great care of your garments. However, pre-existing stains or damages must be declared upon drop-off. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions.

Your laundry is handled discreetly and with full respect for your privacy. We do not share any customer information with third parties.
